The functionality of Hawk Postal Docket (HPD) has now been incorporated into the main Hawk system.

This gives users the ability to register their docket books to the system or, if the docket book validation is not required, simply key in the docket number upon creation of the document.

Once the docket has been stored, Hawk will allow you to report extensively on the data that is held. the reports generated will provide information regarding job numbers, docket types, postage class and rate as well as quantity and value.

These can either be job specific or can be produced to cover a range of jobs from the system.

• Will also allow you to specify the date or date range you wish to report on.
• Cater for all docket types.
• Calculate docket value from a maintained pricing engine.
• Link docket directly to its corresponding job.
• Produce virtual copies of docket to print or email on to clients.
